Privacy
This page covers Wilkins agents, a Google Cloud app that only Jonathan Wilkins uses, on his own Google account. It is not offered to anyone else.
What it accesses
- Gmail: send-as addresses, labels and filters, and the confirmation emails Gmail sends when a send-as address is added. It reads those settings, makes the labels and filters, and does not send mail.
- Google Drive: a read-only copy of Jonathan's own Drive, made weekly for backup.
Where the data goes
Only to Jonathan's own computers and his own encrypted backups. Nothing is sold, shared with anyone else, used for advertising, or used to train AI models. Credentials are kept in a password manager.
Removing access
Access can be revoked at any time from the Google account's third-party connections page.
